Ihrv2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using ihrv2's services. Continued use of the platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ihrv2 platform — whether through the website at https://ihrv2.com or the official ihrv2 mobile app — you hereby express your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all related policies available on this website.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the management of the ihrv2 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and must not register a new account.
The ihrv2 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ihrv2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement until verification is received.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ihrv2 platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full name, phone number, valid email address, and any other details the platform requires for identity verification and payment processing.
Ihrv2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport at any time, particularly prior to processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your ihrv2 account password and login credentials confidential. It is your responsibility to ensure that no other party accesses your account without your authorization.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify ihrv2 immediately through the customer support channels provided. ihrv2 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized method to access or manipulate the ihrv2 platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the ihrv2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may not transact directly in foreign currency — any conversion required is entirely the user's responsibility and subject to the rates applied by their respective financial institutions.
Ihrv2 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX through Malaysian banks, TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfer. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which can be reviewed after logging in.
- Ihrv2 is not responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method that has been registered and verified under the same name as the ihrv2 account holder.
- Any attempt to transfer account funds to a third party or to use another person's account for payment purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Ihrv2 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while a verification or identity check is in progress.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date. ihrv2 is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ihrv2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if any of the following situations occur:
- User provides false or misleading information during registration or the verification process
- More than one active account has been registered by the same individual
- Users suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- User violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- User is using bots, automated software, or unauthorized methods to access the platform
- Accounts inactive for an extended period in accordance with ihrv2's internal policy
Where an account is closed for any of the reasons stated above, ihrv2 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending internal review and investigation. ihrv2's decisions regarding account suspension and closure are final.
Platform Liability Limit
Ihrv2 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays. That said, we are committed to maintaining platform availability at the highest level possible.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ihrv2 shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect financial loss suffered by a user as a result of using the platform
- Service interruptions caused by factors outside ihrv2's control, such as internet outages, third-party technical issues, or natural disasters
- Any decision or action taken by a user based on information obtained from the platform
- Data loss due to unforeseen technical failure
Ihrv2's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Platform Content & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the ihrv2 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of ihrv2 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the ihrv2 platform without prior written consent from ihrv2 management.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The ihrv2 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for user convenience. ihrv2 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or security. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
Ihrv2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Continued use of the ihrv2 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
